Copper Water Filter Cartridge helps to gain all water-soluble vitamins and convert acidic conditions of water into alkaline water. When the acidic water filtered by the RO process touches the natural mineral stoned releases essential minerals in the water, regulates the PH, and converts acidic to alkaline water, which is good for health and also gives a natural taste to it.
Anti scalant filters are designed to prevent scaling and inorganic pollution by pretreatment of raw water. It consists of Antiscalant balls that prevent hard water from causing damage to RO Membranes, filters, pipes, etc. Hard water contains dissolved heavy metals and salts like calcium and magnesium salts.
Post Carbon Filter is used to enhance the taste of Water after RO Process. It also Removes residual chlorine and other remaining Organic particles that remain in the water after the RO Membrane purification stage.
Ultrafiltration (UF) filter is made of a semipermeable membrane that is a kind of hollow fiber with pore size ranging between 0.01 to 0.1 micron, which is several thousand times smaller than human hair.
It uses a physical filtration process to push water through the membrane to get rid of particles larger than the membrane pore size. While water feeds in, the particles larger than the pore size would be retained on the surface of the membrane, whereas water and beneficial minerals that are smaller than the pore size would pass through and become the drinkable water.
Lexcru’s indigenously crafted B12 Alkaline Filter increases the PH and active hydrogen in water. It also removes free radicals and makes the water alkaline. It also imparts negative ORP to make smaller water clusters and supply healthy minerals, ensuring b12 levels are not affected by water filtration.
Granular activated carbon filters are made using carbon that has been ground up and is held together loosely inside a cartridge. It removes certain chemicals, particularly organic chemicals, from water. GAC filter can also be used to release chemicals that give objectionable odors or tastes to water, such as hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs odor) or chlorine.
Carbon block is made of fine granules held together with a bonding agent, which only takes up 15% of the surface area. As a result, impure water flows through the filter’s side and sends filtered water through the top. As carbon is ground to a finer granule, the surface area increases.
PP Spuns are a type of melt-blown cartridges manufactured using Polypropylene material. The filtration in melt-blown cartridge filters happens “out to in.” i.e., the filtration liquid flows in from the outside through the filter medium (melt blown filter cartridge) into the hollow center and is thrust out from the outlet. The melt-blown filters are available in porosities ranging from 1 micron to 50 microns, with the most commonly preferred as 5 microns.
